The machine mod. PC 3040 has been projected and specifically designed for the hot stamping on plain surfaces of every kind of material with the use of the proper foils and with various types of clichè in league of magnesium, polymer, bronze, silicone and for hard surfaces.
The choice of the thicknesses of the clichè depends on the form of the imprint and from the type of material where to stamp. Such press is one of the products more sold in the sector of hot stamping, infact, for its characteristics, it can be used from typographies, papermills or graphic-advertising studies. The PC 3040 model as an hydraulic press, practices a maximum pressure of 10 tons, which confers high definition of press on the great, middle and small size of press. Another characteristic aspect of the machine is the frontal and side opening, that allows the workmanship of the sheets 70x100 printed to the center. The machine is also endowed with computer for a regulation of all the parameters for the obtainment of a perfection of press. |
