| The press PC3040 is suitable to hot stamping on shoppers in automatic and semiautomatic way, both on paper and plastic laminated paper. Also the same machine can hot stamp on already maked and stucked box(es) for cakes. The press PC3040 can also be equipped with printing frame, which allows printing via typefaces. This last feature makes the press PC3040 very interesting in the area of bookbinding and covers. Main characteristics The press PC3040 is provided of an hydraulic drive system, which allows less noise during processing, a greater power in terms of printing pressure and the possibility to work without external air compressor. The press is equipped with a mechanical stop that allows the piston to block the descent of the plate to a preset height; such mechanism allows you to print different surfaces (eg striped paper / leather / glossy paper of 60g 280g / plastic etc.). The press is also equipped with PLC, which are programmable through the various printing parameters (shutter speed / height / piston forward foil / foil delay / temperature / pressure) for a perfect execution. |
