The press automatic PCR is suitable to hot imprint large-size flat surfaces for a maximum profit of press equal to
500x700mm or 700x1000mm. The press can stamp both in automatic and semiautomatic way. It's suitable to imprint on the spread sheet because it has a length from the center of the base of press to the back carpentry of 600mm and a light of the sheet side passage to stamp in the center a format of 800x1200mm. The automatic press PCR is an evolution of our model Semiautomatic PC, created for answering to the demands of a part of our costumers. In fact the request is to have a machinery that develops a continuous production without the fixed presence of an operator on the side of the machine. The demand of the costumers is that to be able to hot stamp or to punch sheets of paper and cardboard with the maximum of the possible speed, in industrialized way and with production costs and results perfectly calculable. The starting times of the automatic press PCR are very short thanks to the simplicity of the starting up of the machine. Characteristics of the feeder group The feeder group is composed in reality of two unities. The first one withdraws the sheet through a group of suction suckers from a pile of sheets positioned on a bed and moves it horizontally from a programmable distance on the second unity and than returns to the point zero. The feeder group has the following characteristic : - Provided of two squares positioned one sideways and one in the back millimetrical adjustable. - Frontal group of adjustable blowing. - Group of anterior central blowing adjustable in height and in air range. - Supprot Arm of the suction group adjustable in power and with speed variator. - Operated by a pump with mechanical regulation of the suction (valves). - Millimetrical horizontal and vertical regulation of the sheet through mechanical stop. - Manual loading working table with motorized automatic lifting, provided of high and low stroke. - Max size of the pile 800x1200x800 mm. Characteristics of the dragging group of the sheet Once the sheet has been withdrawn through the pile of the first unity, a group of pressure rollers commanded by PLC, provides to press the sheet on the motorized belts that will drag it in position under the unity of press. The PLC that leads to the movement will handle the momentary block of the belts to begin the process of hot stamping or punching of the sheet. At the end of the cycle the same belts will handle the transport of the faced sheet and his following unloading. Naturally the unloading and load functions will occur simultaneously with the control of the PLC. The dragging group has the following characteristics : - Mobile belts to elevated "grip". - Left plain width 800mm. - Right plain width 1000mm. - Group of sheet holding during the slide through tongues and pressure rollers in rubber with coils. - Micro for advancement and positioning in range of the sheet in entrance. - Micro for advancement and positioning in range of the sheet in exit. - Advancement and positioning in range of the sheet electronically adjusted to allow the double press in sequence on the same sheet. - Multiple stops on the right plain to press in range on variable positions. |
