The machine PL 100x100P is studied to hot stamp in line and punching labels in spool. The machine is provided with a group of hot stamping presses, a group of punching and a recovery group of the off-cuts.

The PL 100x100P it is suitable to stamp labels in spool of various materials (metallized paper / plasticized / PVC / shiny patinate paper and opaque etc.).
It's suitable for the hot stamping of labels in spool because is provided of 1 stamp group positioned "falling" with the group of punch. The machine is provided with an automatic winding and rewinding system of the labels provided of registers for the seal in line of the spool during its winding process through the various phases of the workmanship. The advancement, the hot stamping and the punching in range of the labels occurs through mechanical registers and optical reader.
