The vertical roll press model PR 300 is suitable for the hot stamp in continuous way through film of objects in plastic, wood and wood-grain patterns materials. The pieces are simply lay down on a conveyer belt that provides, in perfect safety and with adjustable speed, to transport the particular under a heated gummed cylinder that provides to imprint in continuous way and without formation of beads or wrinkles on the decorative film. The cycle of press, in accordance with the choice of the operator, can be manual or automatic. Main characteristics - 4 guides in steel for the lowering of the roll. - Height of press easily adjustable through the handle. - Ceramic resistance. - Infrared-rays temperature detector - Temperature checked by special regulator with display. - Digital speed regulation of the ribbon belt. - Pneumatic air system for roll safety (optional). - Optical reader for the nick of register survey (optional). |
